Operix provides AI-powered business automation services, including AI phone receptionists, chatbots, and workflow automation tools, delivered as software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscriptions. Services are provided digitally and do not include physical goods.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase date.
Subscription renewals are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue on our end that prevented you from accessing the service. We send reminder emails before renewal charges occur so you have the opportunity to cancel in advance.
